Payment Policy
Prices are displayed by default in your local currency.
The prices on our website can be converted into other currencies by selecting your preferred currency in the navigation menu.
Return & Exchange Policy
Defective or Damaged Product
Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to notify us if a product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Photographic proof of the defect or damage is required.
Please send an email to support@sarahclaireottawa.nl. We will review your request as soon as possible.
If the claim is approved, we will offer either a replacement product or a full refund.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery for all products.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 1 hour of completing your purchase.
Please note: cancellation requests submitted later than 1 hour after placing the order may not be processed if the shipping or handling process has already started.
Order Changes
If you would like to make changes to your order, you must also contact us within 1 hour of placing the order.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible if the order has already been shipped.
